Reset Beacon is an independent monitor for special Codex usage-limit resets. It exists because scheduling, button press, rollout and account confirmation are often collapsed into one misleading timestamp.
Editorial promise
Useful uncertainty beats false precision.
The forecast starts with primary evidence, resolves reply chains and timezones, and identifies what each source can actually prove. Community reports can show rollout breadth, but do not become official commitments through repetition.
When the system cannot verify its live data, it withholds the forecast. Corrections stay attached to the event. The method and source hierarchy are public.
Reset Beacon does not sell access to a secret prediction. It makes the evidence easier to read.

The public website does not request OpenAI credentials. Email subscriptions are separate, opt-in and limited to selected reset alerts.
